e-Bike Excursion

Please let us know by 9/10/26 if you’d like to participate on a self-guided E-Bike excursion to explore the quaint Springdale area with its numerous shops, galleries and restaurants, or to venture through Zion National Park. Each participant can cater their e-bike activity and experience to their own level of interest, physical activity, length of time and comfort!

Located just a 2-minute walk from Nama-Stay, Zion Guru outfitters will provide you with a pedal assisted e-Bike and helmet - it’s a very simple process. Upon arrival, you will check in, sign a waiver, watch a short instructional and safety video, and you’re off to explore!

These are pedal assisted e-Bikes, so you’ll need to have the physical and mental ability to ride one. Please consult with your doctor if you have any questions about suitability, physical limitations, individual health status, etc. In addition to the Zion Guru waiver, you’ll also need to sign a Radiant Retreats waiver prior to the activity (see sample below).

Please note that this is a completely optional activity. If you are not interested in or don’t feel comfortable with this self-guided excursion, you can opt-out and we will work with you to find another activity in its place more suited to your wants and needs.

Radiant Retreats e-Bike Activity Acknowledgment, Assumption of Risk & Release

I voluntarily choose to participate in the e-bike activity offered during the Autumn Grace in Zion Yoga Retreat from November 14 - 19, 2026.

I understand that operating an electric bicycle involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, loss of control, uneven or changing terrain, gravel, sand, steep grades, traffic, pedestrians, other cyclists, mechanical or equipment failure, changing weather conditions, and the increased speed and acceleration associated with an electric bicycle. These risks may result in property damage, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.

Participant Responsibility & Suitability

By participating, I represent that:

I am physically and mentally capable of safely operating a bicycle/e-bike.

I will honestly disclose to the e-bike provider any condition, limitation, medication effect, balance issue, recent injury, or other circumstance that could affect my ability to ride safely.

I understand that I am responsible for determining whether this activity is appropriate for my individual health, fitness, experience, and abilities.

I will participate only within my own ability and comfort level.

I will attend and follow all safety instructions provided by the e-bike rental company and/or guide.

I will properly wear the provided or required helmet while riding.

I will not operate an e-bike while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, medications, or any other substance that may affect judgment, balance, coordination, or reaction time.

I understand that I may decline to participate or discontinue the activity at any time.

Radiant Retreats reserves the right to ask a participant not to ride, or to discontinue riding, when there is a reasonable safety concern.

Third-Party Provider

I understand that the e-bike rental company, guides, equipment providers, and/or tour operators are independent third-party providers and are not employees of Radiant Retreats, LLC.

I agree to comply with any additional waiver, rental agreement, safety requirements, age/weight restrictions, or other conditions imposed by the e-bike provider.

Assumption of Risk and Release

I knowingly and voluntarily assume the inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with participating in this activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and hold harmless Radiant Retreats, LLC and its owners, members, employees, retreat leaders, facilitators and representatives from claims for personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the inherent risks of my voluntary participation in the e-bike activity, including my own actions or failure to follow safety instructions.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand this document and have had the opportunity to ask questions before participating.
