Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the booking and participation in the yoga retreat organized by Radiant Retreats LLC, located in Santa Clarita, California, to be held in Springdale, Utah, from November 14, 2026, to November 19, 2026. By booking this retreat, you (“Participant”) agree to comply with the terms outlined herein.

2. Services Provided

Radiant Retreats LLC offers a yoga retreat package that includes:

  • 5 nights of hotel accommodation at Nama-Stay in Springdale, Utah.

  • All meals including a light breakfast as well as brunch and dinner.

  • Daily Yoga classes.

  • 3 activities and/or local excursions.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Cozy Cabin Queen: $4,195 per person, based on single occupancy.

  • Cozy Cabin Twin: $3,495 per person, based on double occupancy.

  • Retreat House Shared Queen Room: $3,495 per person, based on double occupancy.

  • Retreat House Shared Twin Room: $2,995 per person, based on double occupancy.

  • Retreat House Shared King Room: $3,195 per person, based on double occupancy. (An additional $1,000 will apply to single occupancy for this Room type).

  • Shared Sanctuary King Suite: $3,695 per person, based on double occupancy. (An additional $1,000 will apply to single occupancy for this Room type if available).

  • Shared Sanctuary King + Queen Loft Suite: $2,995 per person shared King bed, based on double occupancy and $3,195 per person private Queen loft, based on single occupancy. (An additional $500 will apply to single occupancy for the King bed accommodation, if available).

  • Early Bird Discount: A $200 discount will be applied to bookings made before March 2, 2026.

  • Credit Card Surcharge: A surcharge of 3% will apply to payments made by credit card. Preferred payment methods are Zelle, bank wire or cash.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon booking.

  • Balance Due: The remaining balance is due in full by July 14, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by this date will result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made are non-refundable, however are transferable upon approval by Radiant Retreats LLC. We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations for any reason.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, Radiant Retreats LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such cases, we will work to offer an alternative arrangement but cannot guarantee a refund.

5. Travel Arrangements

Participants are responsible for booking and paying for their own flights and ground transportation to the retreat venue Nama-Stay in Springdale, Utah and to local excursions. Radiant Retreats LLC is not responsible for any travel disruptions or cancellations.

6. Behavior and Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and comply with the rules of the retreat and hotel. Radiant Retreats LLC reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms, with no refund provided.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

Radiant Retreats LLC collects personal information such as name, contact information, payment details, and health information required to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.

2. Use of Data

The personal information collected will be used for booking the retreat, communicating with participants, processing payments, and ensuring the safety of all attendees during the retreat.

3. Data Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with third parties such as payment processors, the hotel, and local service providers as necessary for the organization of the retreat.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Participant Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting Radiant Retreats LLC.

Waiver and Release of Liability

1. Assumption of Risk

Participants acknowledge that yoga, physical activities, travel, and excursions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation in the retreat.

2. Release of Liability

Participants release and hold harmless Radiant Retreats LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, agents, and any affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from any damage, loss, injury, or death resulting from participation in the retreat.

3. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Radiant Retreats LLC harmless against any claims arising from their participation in the retreat, including legal fees and costs incurred in defending such claims.

4. Medical Information and Consent

Participants declare that they are in good health and fit to participate in the retreat. Participants agree to disclose any medical conditions and consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary during the retreat.
