Massage Schedule

As part of the retreat experience, each guest will receive a relaxing massage on-site at Nama-Stay on Sunday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Please note that this activity is completely optional. If you do not wish to receive a massage, you can simply skip this form.

Massages will be taking place at a designated private space in the Main House, as well as in your private rooms. Please set aside 1-hour for this experience.

Select your first, second and third choices for one of the six time slot that best suits your needs. Be sure to select three different time periods.

Massages will be scheduled on a first response basis, so the sooner you fill out and submit this form, the better chance you have of getting your preferred time slot!

Massages will take place during designated FREE TIME periods, so plan accordingly if you will be booking any off-site adventures on your own or with another guest on a certain day/time.
